There are several ways to cover the costs of the counseling that you receive. Many companies offer Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) for their employees. A certain number of sessions are offered to the employee or family member at no cost to the employee or family. Clinic for Christian Counseling, LLC is a contracted provider for numerous EAPs. The employee needs to contact the EAP company to get an authorization number. Your employer's Human Resources department or the employee handbook will help locating the EAP company and phone number to call. The authorization number that the employee obtains along with number of visits authorized should be shared with your therapist or support staff upon scheduling an appointment.

We are also contracted as providers with many health insurance companies, Wisconsin Medical Assistance and Badgercare, and Medicare. You will be responsible for any deductibles and / or co-pays.

If you do not have any insurance, you may also pay out-of-pocket for the services received. Credit cards are accepted.
